Lead your life on your terms.
You've built the career. Now you get to choose what comes next.
You are capable.
You are accomplished.
You know how to succeed.
You’ve built a career where performance matters, stakes are real, and expectations are high. You’ve managed risk. Led teams. Delivered results.
You are not confused about how to perform.
You’re unsure about what you want next.
Maybe you’ve outgrown the role.
Maybe the next promotion doesn’t excite you.
Maybe you’re carrying more than feels sustainable.
Maybe you’ve achieved what you set out to achieve and now the question is quieter, but harder: What do I actually want?
The path that got you here was built on competence, resilience, and meeting expectations.
The next path requires something different.
It requires space to think.
Space to question without consequence.
Space to quiet the noise from the market, the organization, the industry, even your own internal “shoulds.”
Not advice.
Not pressure.
Not a prescribed plan.
But a confidential, strategic space where you can hear your own thinking clearly again and choose deliberately.
That’s where this work begins.

Where you are in your career shapes the questions you’re asking now.
Whether you’re stepping into larger leadership, navigating complexity at a senior level, or discerning what comes after a significant chapter, the work meets you there.
How Coaching Works
This is not career coaching. And it’s not about fixing or optimizing.
Through private 1:1 coaching, we slow the moment down enough to explore what truly matters, before decisions are made.
Our work together may include:
-
Exploring identity beyond role and title
-
Strengthening clarity and confidence
-
Navigating power, influence, and organizational dynamics
-
Clarifying purpose and priorities without forcing premature answers
-
Examining patterns of responsibility, over-functioning, or obligation
There are no formulas and no prescribed outcomes.
My role is to listen deeply, ask the questions that matter, and help you make choices you won’t regret, at a pace that honors both clarity and complexity.
About Maureen
I bring over 20 years of experience in highly regulated, high-responsibility corporate environments, along with more than six years as a certified professional coach.
Before coaching, I had my own company and worked at reputable financial institutions including T. Rowe Price and Alex. Brown and Sons, where discretion mattered, decisions carried weight, and leaders were expected to perform with consistency even under pressure. I understand what it means to hold responsibility for outcomes, people, and reputations.
As a coach, I’ve working privately with accomplished executives and senior leaders who are thoughtful, capable, and accustomed to being the steady presence in the room. Many come to me at moments of transition when external success is no longer the question, but internal alignment is.
My work is quiet, rigorous, and deeply respectful. I don’t rush people toward answers or offer prescriptions for what their next chapter should be. Instead, I create a confidential space for reflection, discernment, and honest conversation so decisions are made with clarity, intention, and self-trust.
Clients often tell me they value my ability to listen without agenda, name what’s underneath the surface, and stay steady when things feel uncertain.
Strengthening clarity, confidence, and influence
Whether you’re stepping into expanded responsibility or already leading at scale, the demands are real.
You may be navigating:
-
Increased visibility and expectations
-
Complex stakeholder dynamics
-
Promotion into broader scope
-
Political or organizational tension
-
Questions about sustainability and alignment
You know how to perform.
This work creates space to think strategically about how you lead, not just what you deliver.
Together, we strengthen executive presence, decision-making clarity, boundaries, and influence so your leadership grows without losing yourself in the process.
Choosing deliberately after significant achievement
You’ve built credibility, influence, and results.
Now the questions are more personal:
-
What do I want beyond this role?
-
How do I contribute on my terms?
-
Who am I beyond the title?
-
What do I want next?
This phase is about thoughtful discernment.
Not urgency.
Not reinvention.
But clarity you can trust.
